For Private Sector Investments:

2. Sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to formalize your commitment.

4. Issue a Letter of Intent (LOI) to proceed with the investment.

5. Conduct thorough due diligence, either by visiting the Tanzania embassy with a representative from Tanz Trust in the UAE or by visiting Tanzania and relevant offices.

1. Follow the same initial steps outlined above.

2. Draft a Letter of Intent (LOI) detailing the chosen project, as presented by Tanz Trust, addressed to the Tanzania Consulate in Dubai.

3. Await a response from the consulate.

4. Visit Tanzania accompanied by a Tanz Trust representative to meet with project owners, either on the mainland or in Zanzibar.
