The Company's Packing Project aims to modernize the processing of Rastrineobola Argentea (sardines) in Ukerewe Islands, Tanzania. By introducing automatic electric drying machines and improved packaging methods, the project seeks to enhance the quality of sardines, reduce contamination from traditional drying methods, and increase profitability for local fishermen. This initiative will create employment, reduce losses during the rainy season, and tap into local and regional markets with high-quality, well-packaged sardine products.

The proposal involves constructing ten large static billboards (12m x 10m) in high-traffic areas, including city centers, highways, shopping districts, industrial zones, and airport approaches. With an estimated investment of $254,000, the funds will cover construction, land leases, and operational costs. The billboards are expected to generate significant revenue from advertising fees through long-term contracts, seasonal campaigns, and exclusive ad spots, providing a sustainable and profitable return on investment. This project aims to capitalize on the high demand for outdoor advertising in one of Africa’s fastest-growing cities, offering businesses impactful visibility and reach.
